Policies
Damage Policy
This policy explains the customer’s responsibility for rented equipment and how Stack & Go Totes evaluates ordinary wear, cleaning, damage, and loss. It is incorporated into the signed Tote Rental Agreement.
Customer Responsibility
- Inspect the equipment at delivery and report any existing damage within 30 minutes, preferably with photographs.
- Keep all totes and accessories secure, dry, reasonably clean, and protected from theft, weather, animals, chemicals, heat, and misuse.
- Return every item on time and in substantially the same condition received, except for ordinary wear from proper use.
- Do not overload totes or use them for hazardous, flammable, corrosive, illegal, biohazardous, sharp, excessively heavy, or food-waste materials.
